Marafit（以下称「本应用」）由 Yang Liu 开发。本应用把你的 Apple「健康」数据在 本机转换成一份马拉松训练计划。我们的设计前提是：这些数据不需要离开你的设备， 因此我们也没有为它建任何服务器。
我们不收集、不接收、不存储、不出售你的任何个人数据。 本应用没有账号系统， 没有服务器，没有任何第三方分析、广告或追踪组件。所有计算都在你的 iPhone 上完成。
在你明确授权后，本应用只读地从 Apple「健康」中读取以下内容：
本应用从不向「健康」写入任何数据。 它只申请读取权限，且未声明写入权限的用途说明， 因此在技术上无法写入。
关于运动轨迹：轨迹是 Apple Watch 记录跑步时自动存入「健康」的，本应用只是把它读出来 画在详情页上。本应用不使用定位服务，不会实时获取你的位置，也没有申请任何定位权限。
留在你的设备上。 具体而言：
我们（开发者）在任何时候都看不到这些内容。
本应用只在一种情况下联网：通过 Apple 的 StoreKit 框架完成内购（获取商品价格、 处理购买、校验订阅状态）。这些请求由 Apple 的系统框架直接与 App Store 通信。
如果你在系统提示中拒绝了本应用的网络访问，本应用的全部训练功能仍可正常使用； 仅「获取内购价格」这一项会不可用。已购买的权益由 StoreKit 在本地校验，离线同样有效。
购买由 Apple 处理。我们不接触、也无法接触你的支付信息（银行卡、Apple ID 等）。 我们从 Apple 收到的只是不含个人身份信息的汇总销售报表。你在购买过程中提交给 Apple 的信息适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
本应用在设备本地记录一个布尔值，表示「上次已知是否为付费用户」，仅用于避免每次启动时 付费墙短暂闪现。它不含任何身份信息。
依据 Apple 的要求，我们明确声明：
本应用不发送任何通知。 它从不申请通知权限，也不排期任何提醒 —— 既没有远程推送，也没有本地通知。因此不存在任何与通知相关的数据处理。
设置头像时，你可以从相册选取或用相机拍摄。
本应用不面向 13 周岁以下（在部分司法辖区为 16 周岁以下）的儿童，我们也不会有意 收集儿童的任何信息。
由于我们不收集任何数据，我们手上没有可供你查询、更正、导出或删除的个人数据。 你对本应用内数据拥有完全控制：
若本政策有实质性变更，我们会更新本页并修改顶部的生效日期。涉及数据处理方式的重大 变更会随应用更新一并说明。

Marafit (“the app”) is developed by Yang Liu. The app turns your Apple Health data into a marathon training plan entirely on your device. The design assumption is that this data never needs to leave your iPhone, which is why we have not built any server for it.
We do not collect, receive, store, or sell any of your personal data. The app has no accounts, no servers, and no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking components. All computation happens on your iPhone.
With your explicit permission, the app reads the following from Apple Health, read-only:
The app never writes anything to Apple Health. It requests read access only and does not declare a write-usage description, so it is technically unable to write.
About routes: a route is recorded into Apple Health by Apple Watch during the run; the app merely reads it back to draw it on the run detail screen. The app does not use location services, never tracks your live position, and requests no location permission.
It stays on your device. Specifically:
We, the developer, never see any of it at any point.
The app connects to the network for exactly one purpose: completing in-app purchases via Apple’s StoreKit framework (fetching prices, processing purchases, verifying subscription status). Those requests are made by Apple’s system framework, directly to the App Store.
If you deny the app network access, every training feature continues to work; only fetching in-app purchase prices becomes unavailable. Existing purchases are verified locally by StoreKit and remain valid offline.
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never have access to your payment information (card details, Apple ID, and so on). What we receive from Apple is aggregate, non-identifying sales reporting. Information you provide to Apple during a purchase is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The app stores a single boolean on the device recording whether you were a paid user the last time it checked, solely to avoid briefly flashing the paywall at launch. It contains no identifying information.
As required by Apple, we state explicitly:
The app sends no notifications at all. It never requests notification permission and schedules no reminders — neither remote push nor local notifications. There is therefore no notification-related data processing.
When setting a profile photo you may pick from your library or take a new photo.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in some jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Because we collect nothing, we hold no personal data of yours to access, correct, export, or delete. You have complete control over the data inside the app:
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes to how data is handled will also be described in the app’s release notes.
